Initiate exchanges via your account or by contacting support@scolar.np.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for a replacement, books must be returned in their original condition. Items with writing, highlighted text, missing covers, or artificial wear created post-delivery are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process Steps

  1. Contact support@scolar.np or call +977 1-4000000 within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your Order ID and photos showing any print defect or damaged cover.
  3. Our courier team will arrange pickup of the item and dispatch your replacement copy promptly.
