The Employment Permit System (EPS) is a bilateral government-to-government program between Nepal (Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security) and South Korea (Ministry of Employment and Labor). Over 80,000 Nepali youths take the EPS-TOPIK Korean language test annually to work in South Korea.
